Shanielle Allen is a Jamaican student with a passion for issues of education, youth and women's empowerment. Shanielle just recently completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Policy & Management with First Class Honours from the University of the West Indies, Mona. She will matriculate to the Master of Science Programme in International Public & Development Management at the University of the West Indies, Mona in September 2021. 

She is an avid volunteer and stellar academic and has received one of the most auspicious youth awards in Jamaica, the Governor General's Youth Achievement Award for her excellence in service and academics.
