Bio/Description
Department: Economics
Certificate(s): Theatre, Finance
Research interest: Because of my background in performing arts, my interest lies at the intersection of finance and the arts. I have previously worked on art projects that are both privately and publicly funded, and I am intrigued by how both types of artistic assets can be tools of social cohesion, community wellness, and local economic development. I am also interested in policy and restriction on larger entertainment companies (such as Disney, Paramount, Sony, etc.).
Hobbies: I direct and produce in performing arts spaces both professionally and on campus! Otherwise, I enjoy hiking, cooking, and reading.
Hometown: Olney, MD
