Paul is a PhD student at the School of Public and International Affairs. His interests focus on the interaction between natural hazards risk assessment and management, public policy effectiveness, and the financial frameworks that relate to them. His background is in Earth Science, graduating with a BSc. in Geology and an MSc. in Geology with an emphasis in risk management from the Universities of Lausanne and Geneva, Switzerland.
