Research Interest: I am highly interested in industrial-organization, health economics, labor economics, and law. My junior paper investigated the wage and union density effects of the California Agricultural Labor Relations Act. I have also written a paper on how racial discrimination in the TVA generated racial differentials in sectoral employment shares. Outside of the classroom, I've conducted research on the impact of hospital mergers on household medical collections at the Philadelphia Federal Reserve, and I've worked as a research assistant in labor economics and law as well.
