My past research experience centers on state-level fiscal policy for the state of Louisiana with specific focuses on the gaming, personal income, and sales taxes. Additionally I've conducted research on domestic macroeconomic inflation -- concentrating on commodity and energy price inflation -- for the Federal Reserve Board of Governors. My academic and professional interests prioritize how behaviorally informed policy creation informs changes in the income distribution and their effects on poverty alleviation.
