Keelan received his B.A. in Mathematics and Economics from Trinity College Dublin, where he also worked as a research assistant. He previously worked as a Research Assistant in the Economic and Social Research Institute in Dublin, and also in the Financial Stability directorate of the Central Bank of Ireland. His research interests include household finance, inequality, and growth.
