Bio/Description

Ben is a Master in Public Affairs candidate at Princeton University, graduating in Summer 2025 with a concentration in international relations and technology policy. His work bridges global economic analysis and the governance challenges posed by emerging technologies.

At Princeton, Ben has pursued advanced coursework in machine learning, AI policy, international trade, and U.S.-China strategic competition. Between academic years, he served as an International Economics Intern at the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of East Asia and the Pacific, where he supported regional macroeconomic monitoring and policy coordination.

Prior to graduate school, Ben spent over four years as an Arabic linguist and research analyst focused on the Middle East, with additional experience in technology consulting and emergency medical training. He has studied in Jordan, Russia, and Peru, deepening his cross-cultural and multilingual fluency.

Ben is proficient in R and Python for data analysis and skilled in leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and NotebookLM for research synthesis. He is seeking roles at the intersection of AI policy, international economics, and strategic advisory work.
