General Counsel for Spinnaker since its inception in 1999, Dean Menegas oversees all legal and regulatory affairs for the group’s business across three continents. He is also board vice-chairman of the Emerging Markets Trade Association and president of the Princeton Association of the United Kingdom. He previously served as legal counsel to Credit Agricole’s Indosuez and Emerging Markets Division and was a corporate associate at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.

Mr. Menegas holds a B.A. from Princeton, an M.A. in political science from the University of Michigan, and a J.D. from the University of Michigan.
