Bio/Description

Bing Shen serves on the board of directors of four public companies including the Far Eastern International Bank and ECOVE Environment Corporation. Among these, he chairs the audit committee and the compensation committee of two separate public companies. He is also a Special Advisor for a venture capital firm, which focuses on environmentally sustainable investments. Previously, he was President of CDIB & Partners Investment Holding Corporation, which manages over US$ 300 million invested in listed securities and private equity. He worked for the Morgan Stanley Group in 1987-99 and was Morgan Stanley's first Chief Representative in Beijing, China.  Prior to this, Bing worked as an investment officer in the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank. A graduate of Princeton, where he majored in the Woodrow Wilson School. He subsequently earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
