Yeimy Báez is an accomplished energy expert with over 20 years of experience in oil, gas, renewables, and hydrogen. With a background in petroleum engineering and an MBA, she has held C-level positions in global energy companies, leading multi-billion-dollar operations and large teams. Her strategic leadership has driven significant expansions in renewable energy and pioneering hydrogen projects, including both industrial-scale and transportation initiatives. Yeimy has been instrumental in positioning Latin America as a leader in the energy transition, attracting investment from over 50 international companies. Currently pursuing a Master in Public Policy (MPP) at Princeton University, she is passionate about the intersection of poverty alleviation, energy transitions, and climate change. Yeimy actively promotes diversity in the energy sector and serves on several corporate boards, where she leverages her strategic vision to advance sustainable and equitable energy solutions.
