Event Description

Michele Chang is Director of Transatlantic Affairs and Professor in the Department of European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe in Bruges, Belgium. Her research on European political economy has been published widely in journals such as the Journal of Common Market Studies, Review of International Political Economy, and Journal of European Integration. She has also contributed to publications with Oxford University Press, Cambridge University Press, Cornell University Press, Palgrave, and Routledge. She was awarded a Fulbright fellowship to conduct research at the Center for European Policy Studies, a think tank in Brussels, and she has taught at universities in the U.S. and Europe. He has held board positions in academic organizations such as the European Union Studies Association and the Trans-European Policy Studies Association. Her current research focuses on EU industrial policy, European fiscal policy, and the European Central Bank.
