The Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies (GCEPS) is very pleased to invite you to a virtual roundtable discussion—Do We Have an Inflation Problem?—on Friday, September 10, 2021, from 1:00-2:00 p.m. (ET).

Friday afternoon’s discussion with Lord Mervyn King and Paul Krugman will be moderated by William Dudley:

  • Lord Mervyn King, Professor of Economics and Law, New York University Stern School of Business and School of Law; and former governor of the Bank of England
  • Paul Krugman, Distinguished Professor of Economics, The Graduate Center, City University of New York; op-ed columnist for The New York Times; and Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences laureate for his analysis of trade patterns and location of economic activity
  • William Dudley, Griswold Center Senior Research Scholar; and former president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York
